Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Booking & account data — information you provide when registering, booking classes, buying class packs or memberships through our booking partner Momence (for example name, email, payment and attendance details).
• Health-related information — only where you choose to share it with us for safe participation (for example pregnancy or injury notes for Pre & Postnatal or adapted sessions). We treat this as special category data and only process it with your consent or where necessary to protect your wellbeing in class.
• Technical & usage data — standard device and log information when you visit our site (such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed), collected via our hosting provider.
• Social media — if you interact with our Instagram account @thesantestudio, that platform's own privacy policy also applies. Our website may display public Instagram content via a feed provider.

We use personal data to:

• Respond to enquiries and manage studio hire or event requests
• Provide bookings, class packs, memberships and related customer service
• Operate and improve our website and services
• Send service messages about your bookings (and marketing only where you have opted in, or where otherwise permitted by law)

• Form submission provider — to deliver messages from our website contact form to our studio inbox.
• Website hosting — our site is hosted on Vercel infrastructure.
• Instagram feed provider — to display recent public posts on our site.
• Professional advisers (for example accountants or insurers) where reasonably necessary, and authorities where required by law.

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we expect appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses) to be in place.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function (for example remembering that you dismissed a promotional banner in your session). Booking and payment flows on Momence may set additional cookies controlled by Momence.
